European Reflexology, also known as Foot Zone Therapy, is a very relaxing

way to pamper oneself and relieve stress blocking energy and encourages

the body to heal itself.

This method follows the circulation of the blood and energy flow to restore proper function of the body.

By accessing pressure points on the feet, a signal is sent to the organ, gland, system etc. that corresponds to that point on the foot. Recommended Frequency:

An initial detoxifying treatment will begin the movement of toxins out of the body, however a series of treatments is recommended, up to 14 every other day if under 50 years old (with a three week break between sessions) and every third day if over 50. Weekly sessions work well combined with an internal detox program. Drinking additional quantities of water continue to flush unwanted toxins.
